The holidays are soon arriving! In fact, they are less than three weeks away. We know that the most common top three holiday stressors are…… family dinner, obligations, and family tradition.
But you may be thinking….
“OhMyGosh! So much has changed since last year.” You may have experienced a major life change… job loss, relationship loss, health decline, or maybe the loss of a loved one.
(Positive life stressors can make the holidays more challenging too… for example, new loves mean navigating new traditions or a new job may mean celebrating in a new city.)
Do any of these life events ring true for you? If so, you may be considering how to “survive” through the holidays… not so much about thriving through the holidays!
Embracing challenge is more about how we respond to life changes than how we react to life changes. Life’s ups and downs builds one’s coping skills and resiliency. Sometimes it’s more comfortable to reach out for support.

We’ll introduce you to methods to reduce your stress and reclaim your energy. Our staff is credentialed in hypnosis, nutrition, health and wellness coaching, massage, skin care and more.
Some services, like facials and massage, are only available in person at our Bentonville, Arkansas location. But others, like wellness coaching and hypnotherapy, are also available virtually anywhere in the world!
Our staff is here for you! Come spend time with us each week, on Tuesday from 11:30 am – 1:00 pm. We will be offering this time now through the end of December.
