“Be the master of your energy”

when your life unexpectedly changes!

When conducting a Focus Group of Tracey’s previous clients, the answer given for “what experience is provided” was A Masterful Technique that gave a shift and transformation in life. From this 15 women participant Focus Group A Masterful Technique became the identifier for the composite of Tracey’s special recipe for providing a Coaching+ experience!

Tracey’s background is rich in studies and credentials including:

  • Craniosacral, Heart-centered, Soma-emotional and Healing Touch Therapies
  • Co-active, Narrative and Health & Wellness Wellcoaches® Coaching
  • Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, Solution-Oriented Hypnosis, Ericksonian Hypnosis

Now, let’s explore the major ingredients of Coaching+

Coaching+ is comprised of two parts: Narrative Coaching and Solution-Based Hypnosis. These are the two major ingredients that shift your energy and begin your transformation ~ remembering that you are unique and no two stories are ever the same!

Narrative Coaching

Dr David Drake founded and runs the Center for Narrative Coaching. In his development he identified six narrative coaching principles:

  • Trust that everything you need is right in front of you.
  • Be fully present to what IS without judgment.
  • Speak only when you can improve on silence.
  • Focus on generating experiences not explanations.
  • Work directly with the narrative elements in the field.
  • Stand at the threshold when a new story is emerging.

Your exploration of your story is completed in total confidence and safety. Tracey holds the space and trusts you to unpack what resources are within you to experience in the moment, without judgment, the aha moments to progress through the gateways to a refreshed newer story emerging with lighter, brighter energy.

Solution-Oriented Hypnosis

Bill O’Hanlon gave a talk at Southern California University, June 10, 2015, titled “Solution-Oriented Hypnosis.” The description read:

“Discover a radically different, gentle approach to hypnosis and hypnotherapy derived from the work of psychiatrist Milton H. Erickson. In this approach, we don’t rely on suggestion and authority, but instead on evocation and collaboration. Use hypnosis to help people who don’t respond to traditional psychotherapy and for problems that haven’t yielded to traditional change approaches.”

I am not a trained psychotherapist as Bill O’Hanlon and the audience he was addressing. However, I have had the opportunity to train with Bill O’Hanlon for Ericksonian Hypnosis and Solution-Oriented Change.

Expectations for Transformation

Have anticipation, not expectation. That’s a grounded approach to making a shift in life. Explore and discover with curiosity and excitement. One does not know what is available and what is present. Come open and receptive. Prayer and meditation may be beneficial prior to attending sessions for clarity as well as Allowing & Aligning.

“I consulted with Tracey for a situation involving a fear that I had not been conscious of until an opportunity became present; to take a trip to New York by plane. I was consumed and trouble with visions of a crash. During my session, Tracey’s voice was reassuring, she quickly had me in a highly relaxed energetic state. I noticed immediately that when I thought of the trip I was much more calm about the entire idea. It was as if…”more

Questions you may have about Hypnosis

How does hypnosis work?

How does hypnosis work?

Guided visualization is used to create relaxation for the mind and body. The hypnotherapist’s voice applying this technique communicates with your subconscious mind while your conscious mind takes a rest. In other words, we ask the analytical mind to be quiet while accessing the subconscious creative mind. When in hypnosis, your brain waves are similar to the time just before falling asleep. Suggestions that fit with your belief system will be accepted as your new reality. Hypnotherapy works with your patterns, habits, and behaviors stored in your subconscious mind to agree with the conscious mind. Major transformations may be experienced in even one session.

What is the session like?

What is the session like?

You will spend a total of approximately 60-90 minutes. Your session begins with an interview to discuss the session’s ‘focus’ and ‘intention’ for the desired outcome. The remainder of the time will be spent in hypnosis that begins with guided visualization that leads to deep relaxation where light, medium, or deep levels of hypnosis occur.

Will I do anything against my morals or values?

Will I do anything against my morals or values?

No. Hypnosis cannot detach the ego. If you were given a suggestion that you did not agree with, you would simply refuse, laugh, or awaken. You are always in control. In stage hypnosis, the volunteers are usually under the influence of alcohol and have come to the show for the purpose of relaxing, acting silly and having a good time, and therefore are easily encouraged to do so.

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Can everyone be hypnotized?

Yes. Based on normal physiological and psychological functioning and therefore the ability to concentrate and relax. You must be willing to undergo hypnosis. There is a correlation between “willingness to relax” and “ability to undergo hypnosis.”
